Okay, I am new to this whole website thing and along with that I am OLD. In other words, I am very slow at doing what I don't know how to do. I have been working on this site for a few months now, with it sitting idle for long periods until a more tech savvy kid or grandkid would drop by and nudge me along. I have to admit that somewhere in the process, the agony began to diminish and as I became more familiar with the basics it was a bit fun. The site is and will remain a work in progress. When I woke up to the fact that I could keep working on it indefinitely and never be finished, I decided to just put it out there and keep working at it a bit to the time.
One thing I was not expecting was that the platform would include a Blog. My initial reaction was: "Well, that's kind of useless." But it's here and I will try to find a productive way to make use from it. Future writings will focus on the Russell Terrier breed and related subjects. I will not hold forth as an expert on Russells, dog showing, or any other subject. I have a bit of knowledge and experience and will try to apply it judiciously. And of course, I have opinions; but if the world we are living in today has made anything abundantly clear, it is that opinions should never be confused with truth or fact--least of all by those expressing them.
